The suspender width is 2cm. The size is adjustable from 95cm to 115cm, which fit for the women/man in 150cm to 210cm tall. It is better that you leave your body height, so that we can make the right size suspender for you personally.

If we anticipate any potential delays in processing, we will notify you within 48 hours of your order. And it will take about 15-30 days to be delivered to worldwide countries, maybe some more days for some remote places.

If you need the suspenders in urgent, please choose the fast shipping option when you checkout, which usually take about 3-5 days to be delivered.

Please note that we are not responsible for taxes charged by customs. Anyway, we will try to avoid any customs taxes. But for some Europe countries, they always charge customs taxes.

Please, check all information concerning dimensions, color, delivery delay and don't hesitate to ask questions if you think anything appears unclear. 

In case, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returning or replacement within 30 days of receipt. It is important to contact us for confirmation before returning. The returned item must be in perfect condition for resale, never worn and are in packaging. We'll refund as soon as the returned item arrived to us.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to us (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Concretely, we'll give you a refund for the item price, shipping fee can be refunded only if the bag is faulty or damaged during transit.
Sending fee for a returned item or an exchanged item are payable by buyer. In case you want a replacement, an additional fee is required for shipping of the new item.

Personalized Custom Handmade orders cannot be refunded.
